If it won't turn on, the battery may simply be empty. Connect the USB-C cable and charge for at least 30 minutes before trying again. A full charge takes 2–4 hours.

If it won't charge, make sure the charging port is dry and clear of debris, try a different USB-C cable and a powered USB port, and check that the indicator light comes on when plugged in.

Check that the reservoir has clean water and the nozzle is fully unfolded to 180°. Press M to switch to High if you'd like more pressure.

A weak stream is most often a low battery — charge fully. If water still won't flow, empty and refill the reservoir to clear any trapped air.

A few drops as the nozzle clears after use is normal. To prevent leaks, pour out any unused water after each use, close the reservoir cap firmly, and avoid filling past the 200ml line.

Store the device upright with the nozzle folded.

Empty the reservoir after every use and rinse with clean water. Wipe the body with a soft, damp cloth — don't submerge the device or use harsh cleaners.

Let the nozzle air-dry, fold it back, and store upright in a clean, dry place. Velmone is IPX6 water-resistant, but should not be soaked.

The 2000mAh battery delivers multiple uses on a single charge. Low mode extends runtime; High uses a little more power. Charge fully before travel and top up when the indicator shows low.

Velmone is made to travel. Empty the reservoir before security, pack it in your carry-on, and fold the nozzle so it can't switch on in your bag.

The built-in battery (2000mAh / 7.4Wh) is well within airline limits for carry-on.

Press the M button to switch between the two pressure modes. Low is gentle for everyday comfort; High gives a stronger rinse. Choose your mode with M before you start the spray.
